Going home to be with our lord and saviour

What a day that will be when our saviour and King.will be riding down thorough the sky on a
white horse, blowing trumpets and the dead will rise up first and meet him in the sky.Then who ever is left on the earth and has not yet taken the mark will rise up also and meet him in the air. This is where every thing begins the battle earth quakes, and then the final blow and defeat.
God will over come again and rule once and for all and Satan will be gone forever.t

America past time

Americas past time. Some say it is baseball, others may say football. Whatever it is it's yours to decide what you like. Others may even argue with you to what teams to even like. In America it's nice to live in where on holiday's you can gather around the t.v. and watch a game and cheer for who you like.Just like last Sunday one of our pastors was kidding around on the stage about the Bears game.So see if a pastor can kid and do that then it must be Americas game. Either baseball,or football, you decide.

Stress

Stress. what is stress? Some say stress can kill you. I can say for myself stress is a deadly disease. I know for sure cause I have stress. What I have been through in my life and what I have seen, yes it can kill you if you let it. What can you do to get rid of stress? Some people just wants to be by them self, or some wants to even talk with someone. Me I like to write and also spend time with my friends or my cousin. But the best thing to do to reduce stress is to talk to God, or your pastor. They can be your best friend when you need one, especially the man up stairs. He listens to everything you have to say.

The Boys Game

What a difference it is from the Boy's game to a Girl game. From the very tip off of the game it went back and forth.You may even say it's a fast pace game. But the light of the game came down with 5.o seconds left before half DACC # 22 David Lane took the shot and swish a three point shot from the line, which made the game tied at 31 all. But the fast pace John Wood team got the ball and took it down the court with 2.5 seconds left and laid in for the two. So at half time the score was 35.31 John Wood. Second half started just like the first up and down, Brandon Demon's for DACC was on fire with 13 point, he kept making shot after shot. Time was winding down for both teams but with 1.59 second s left John Wood took the shot and led DACC went down with 44.5 seconds left and also made the two point shot and tied the game overtime. In overtime Danville got the ball took the lead but John Wood came back again and tied the game again 2Nd overtime. By this time both teams were you might say getting run down. The clock was running down and at 2.5 seconds left John Wood had the balls with the shot made it which ended the game at 77.75 . Over all both teams was good physical and outplayed each other.

The Lady's game.

As I and my cousin went to our first lady's basketball game yesterday, I might have to admit its something different to watch from boy's basketball. From the tip of first half, DACC Lady game was controlled by John Wood team, who out played, out shot and overall just controlled the first half. The leading scorer for John Wood was a Freshman #21 Lindsay Bucket.But the bright side of things the Lady Jaguars played with all they had and might.But at the end the final John Wood 75-DACC 61. Over all a good game.The End.

The man we can Jesus

Who is this man that is called Jesus. Some of us say he is the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, and the Messiah.but in all the different worlds and countries, He is called Hosanna. He was born to a virgin mother named Mary on a cold winter night. As she and her husband traveled along the rugged hill side they ended up in a small town with no rooms or inns for them. The only room they found was just a stable. Can you believe being born in a stable or in our time a barn. Just imagine the smell of the cows, chickens, and the wet hay. Can you imagine the smell of things from the animals not just from people of course .But of course they were messengers from a higher god. But throughout the years as he got older and wiser he began to heal the sick from the blind,and made the cripple walk again so if he could do this why did we judge him? As always people did not want a miracle worker.They think he was a fake. As always they had their way so they wanted him dead.But as all of us know that did not happen because they nailed him to the cross and three days later our saviour,Christ the lord sits on the right hand with his father and so he will be riding a white horse to come and claim his Christians. A New School Year

A new beginning to a new life for some of us or a new career. Any way that you want to put your mind to it it's a new start for all of us that want to. For some is just getting out of High school. college is going to be kind of different to you at first. You see on the first day it's going to be go here, do this, do that, and you might say what have I got my self into.But after the first weeks are over you will find new friends, and even you may enjoy your teachers. I know I have through out my time going back to college at age 44. yep you heard me 44. You see there's no age limit on going back to college. As one of my professor s told me last yr he had a old man in his late 80 's I think. so see even at that age it's never too old to learn.

My Life.

My Life.

Let's see, where should I start. I was born in a small town in Indiana called Clinton. I really don't
recall it that much you see I was only hum about 1 second at the time. But what I can remember was being born on February 12, 1966 at 2.07 am, I guess I really put on a show with it being cold and snow out side. I imagine that my mom, by the way is Eva Harper wasn't happy at the time when I was wanting to be born, but who would be at that time in the morning, right? I guess you might say that I was a cute little baby with the curliest dark hair ever. So my nick name was Little Abe since I was born on Lincolns Birthday. Anyway that my birth. So I imagine I had a sister to. yeah one of those. By the way her name is Laurie . . As we got older we had moved to Georgetown IL. Still to young to remember. At age one we moved to a big two story white house in Danville Il. at 803 n Franklin St. Spent many good yrs in that house. Had some up and down and fights with my sister but that's life right? I can recall one weekend when my folks had went out of town and I had a party and trying to keep it from my sister was even harder.Yes at that time in my life as always everyone wanted to fit in so I tried but that was not for me ,thank God. I had went to Danville High School from 1981-1985 and was in the Marching Band for all four yrs, helped out with the Basketball team which I,earned my first letter. I met my first girlfriend in High School which her name was Lori True. We dated for 5 yrs and got married. Now let's talk about that. You see this wasn't a normal wedding and what is for me. She wanted to be outside in September and of all days it was hot. So on the day I got up and got dressed, picked up my best man at the time who was Jay Tinder. I didn't know if I was more nervous or him. As we arrived and met the pastor we talked and went over what we were going to do. It was time to get married and here I was standing up with both legs locked and all of a sudden I went down like a leaf and hit my head. At that time I did not want to go on but as a man I did, I got up, started over again and down I went again. I said to my self stay down if I was you, but my pastor looked at me and said, "Bryan, this is your pastor speaking get up and be a man." So I got up and went on with it in chairs, yes in chairs.So nothing so far is going right with me.As we left on our honeymoon we had to make a fast trip to the hospital and had to get 5 stitches over my eye. And that's where the fun part begins. You see I was trying to tell the Dr.s what had happened but they were just well laughing at me talking about being so low that was me. By this time you can imagine my wife at this time was wondering if I had a party the night before, and no I didn't, but all the way down to Kentucky she said she wanted a divorce right off the bat. I told my self maybe I should but we stayed with each other for 15yrs. Now let's see what else have I done. I have done some private security work for a long time and got to meet a lot of famous people and guard some famous people too. I guess the one famous person I had to guard was the former President Jimmy Carter over at Consceco field house in Indianapolis. Also Sandy Pattie, Payton Manning, well you get the picture.So I guess my life so far has been a good life, can't complain. Had some good teaching and good pastors over the yrs. The End.

The Big Storm

In the distance you can see the storms coming in. This storm is going to be bad you said. As the storm gets closer the wind starts to pick up. As the family and I looked out the window we saw it beginning to hail and even rain even harder. I spoked to everyone," let's go to the basement to ride the storm out." As we did we could feal our house shake and the windows get blown in, then all of a sudden the storm was over just like that. As we went upstairs to see what had happened everything was gone. But then comes this big Rainbow so bright and shiney. all of us had said wow what a beautiful site that was.

Animal's as pet's or Human.

Pets. Have you ever wondered what would you do if your pets could talk to us.It seems as if our cats almost can. Pets can be your best friend, also your buddy. Some of us like dogs as pets because they meet you at the door every day, but for me I like cats cause they are soft ,fun to watch as they play and chase each other. My cat Lucky is so big and cute that he reminds us of Garfield the cat. Then my other cat Missy, she is such a doll ,she's a calico .As I talk to them it seems that they're watching me in a way. As I get their food they're meowing at us as if they say feed me please. Then at bedtime both of them fight over to see which one sleeps on my bed. So I have to put Missy down at the end of the bed and Lucky at the top. So in the mean time as long as if they don't talk I guess we will be alright.

Dream

Dream why do we dream? They say when we dream we sometimes often drift, in and out of mind. Just for instance, Last night I was dreaming that I was falling out of bed it felt so real that I jump and look as if I was but wasn't. I guess that's why they call it dream. Sometimes the dreams can even be for real for some reason, they can play a big part of a person life so dream as much as you want they can be a part of your life.

Out with the old revise

As most of us brought in the new year this weekend. some of us lost loved ones.like I did too.With every loss there is a new life beginning.That's what is good about life and a new year. You lose a loved one but also gain a loved one too just for insistence we have inherited a small liter of kittens. So put whatever you want into a new year cause it's for you.God has something out there for us. and for everyone that has past.
