As i travel through the country side; I come upon a river and begin to walk along the side of the mighty water. I look down in the water and see myself in the reflection. As i look at God's beautiful creation he has done, I wonder what it would be like when we are ready for the journey home? As I keep on walking i come up on an old covered bridge that is going across the mighty river. It is surrounded by beautiful trees that God had made for us to sit under on a hot sunny afternoon for shade and a nice picnic with someone. As I sit for awhile I start to fall asleep and day dream. I wonder if this is what our ancestor did in the beginning so that we might be here today.I got up and finished my journey home. I walked across the covered bridge and into the open meadow. I can see my house in the distance. I begin to run through the tall flowers in the meadow and enjoy the breeze. I see my mom standing on the front step and waving her opens arms to me like God will do when we get home. He will have his arms open and say 'Welcome home my son' like my mom has done with me over the years.I just want to say I love you mom.
